Bespoke Cycling Club
The Bespoke Cycling Club provides cyclists with group bike ride opportunities targeted to the beginner and intermediate cyclist. While our rides are open to riders of all levels, we are focused on growing the cycling community by supporting and mentoring newer riders or bicyclists in development.

Road Pace Groups
If you are new to cycling or looking to level up, the pace designations below might come in handy.
The paces listed for a ride are target averages for the entire ride. At times the group may ride faster or slower than the target depending on elevation, wind, and other conditions.
Not all group bicycle rides are “no drop” rides. We designate our Wednesday night rides from our Lewisville bike shop as “no drop” and we stick to it. If you join other rides, you might get dropped if you don’t keep pace with the rest of the group.
Social Pace (casual)
Average pace is 12 to 16 mph. Rides at this pace are for the cyclist mostly interested in socializing and getting a little exercise. The group will stop whenever anyone needs water, a rest or just wants to take in the scenery. Road bikes are not required - comfort bikes, hybrids, and cruisers are all welcome. This ride is focused on safety, moderate exercise, and socializing - not speed. The ride leader will make sure that no one is dropped.
'C' Pace (recreational)
Average pace is 15 to 18 mph. Rides at this pace are for the cyclist who is interested in a recreational ride, where exercise is a primary goal of the ride. Rides at this pace typically include short rest and regrouping breaks as needed throughout the ride, but riders should know the route should they be dropped from the group.
'B' Pace (spirited)
Average pace is 17 to 20 mph. This pace group is for the cyclist who is fit enough to ride at a challenging pace, but is not looking to ride in race-like conditions. Rides at this pace would have limited or no regrouping breaks, and riders are expected to know the route should they be dropped from the group. Towards the end of the ride, the pace may increase as people push to the finish.
'A' Pace (competitive)
Average pace is 20+ mph. The Bespoke Cyclery Club does not offer any rides at this level. If you are looking for something in this pace range, we encourage you to check out the Piedmont Flyers Bicycle Club
